Through many years of teaching piano and organ lessons, I have compiled some of the answers to the questions that people ask all the time:

How Long will it take me to learn to play.

I am over 99 years old. Can I still learn to play the piano?

What is the best age to start a child in learning music?

How Long will it take me to learn to play.

It is a combination of your dedication and the proper training. You can be playing in a weeks, months, or years. If you practice properly for about 4 hours a day, you are more likely to learn to play quicker than if you practiced for only 2 hours a day.

Certainly. Learning to play the piano is good for the mind.

What is the best age to start a child in learning music?

As soon as possible. Music is part of life. When a child is in the womb, music is already working. That's why it is good for mom to sing while pregnant. When a child learns to read fluently, then they are ready to start taking piano lessons.
